For ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy enterprises the company develops new units and revamps the existing ones:

Russian and foreign-made equipment of various configurations is used in the projects: state-of-the-art electrical filters and bag-type filters, cyclones, gas scrubbers, new types of power supply units and draft equipment, different types of dust handling systems and automated control systems for gas treatment units.
In the course of retrofitting the existing units various solutions can be offered for each specific case to reduce concentration of harmful components depending on gas parameters and conditions:
- equipping of industrial units operating in space-limited environment with state-of-the-art dust collecting units and maximum use of existing building structures;
- revamping of existing cleaning systems
with a view to increase their operating capacity and reduce residual dust
level;
complete replacement of electric filter internals and body; - replacement of internals with partial or complete replacement of plating of electric filter housing;
- replacement of electrical filter internals with application of bigger size electrodes while enlarging the side walls, and replacing the housing cover;
- installation of combined filter comprising electric fields and bag filter in the existing housing of electrical filter;
- replacement of electrical filter with bag filter;
- replacement of power units with new ones or replacement of control system only;
- continuous control of residual dust level in the treated gases and upgrading of consumed utilities metering units;
- equipment of gas cleaning units with industrial high level automated systems and their integration with basic production APCS.
