“Giprogazoochistka” OJSC makes maximal use of standard, catalogue equipment thus enabling to reduce design period, completing of equipment and increase the project quality. But in many cases, main process equipment has to be developed for each project individually. In this case the development is carried out based on understanding and precise simulation of physicochemical processes in the vessels, and objective analysis of the similar equipment performance at existing production operations. 2. Development of modular packaged equipment.

Upon customer request, some types of equipment and the unit itself are developed by “Giprogazoochistka” OJSC as modular packages. In this case  gas processing unit is built as self-contained module or a package of modules. In general, modules are made in the form of transportable container with full range of equipment inside it. They are installed on ready-made foundations.  The unit installation is limited to connection of the same-name lines and communication lines of the ajacent modules. Upon installation completion the unit can be connected to existing gas treatment / processing system. Such an approach provides considerable acceleration of installation works, levels down requirements for the number and qualification of personnel of construction and mounting organization, and increases installation quality. 

3. Development of industrial automation project.
