“Giprogazoochistka” OJSC prepared design documentation for “LUKOIL-VolgogradNIPIneft” LLC using 3d laser scanning technology

On February 22, 2011 “Giprogazoochistka” OJSC obtained positive expert opinion from Federal State Institution  “Glavgosexpertiza of Russia” on design documentation under the project “Revamp of booster compression station at “Alexeyevskaya” CPF owned by “LUKOIL-VolgogradNIPIneft” LLC.

Development stage of design documentation for revamping booster compression station at “Alexeyevskaya” CPF (designed by “Giprogazoochistka” OJSC in 2004) was completed at the end of 2010. Documentation prepared by “Giprogazoochistka” OJSC obtained positive expert opinion from Federal State Institution “Glavgosexpertiza of Russia” on February 2011. 

Outstanding feature of compression station revamping project is the first application of laser scanning technology by “Giprogazoochistka” OJSC in partnership with STINS COMAN Corporation”: LLC. Scanned three-dimensional model of “Alexeyevskaya” CPF allowed performing all required measuring and designing works remotely without additional visits to the facility.

After reconstruction of compression station at “Alexeyevskaya” CPF the operability and energy efficiency of facility will be significantly enhanced owing to application of state-of-the-art equipment and technologies. 

At the moment, the Customer holds tenders for the most attractive technical proposals and suppliers of electrical and ventilation equipment. Upon completion of bidding “Giprogazoochistka” OJSC will proceed to the second stage of works – preparation of detail documentation.
